By keeping the menu simple and using only US Prime aged corn-fed beef (the best you can buy), he accomplished that task. The cooking process, using gas broilers, has been copied by others, but none can compare to the steaks that CRESCENT CITY provides its loyal patrons to this day. The menu remains simple ... specializing in steaks only. Choose from the Strip Sirloin, Rib Eye, Porterhouse, Filet or T-bone. Shrimp Cocktail is offered as the Appetizer and one can choose from two salads. The potatoes offered include Au Gratin, Brabant, Lyonaisse, French-Fries, Cottage Fries, or German Fries. Vegetable dishes include Au Gratin Broccoli, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Onion Rings, Au Gratin Spinach, Spinach and Peas. Wide selections of wines are available to accompany your meal.
