Our vision and purpose is to help you to find a balanced state of health, using yoga practices and an approach to diet and lifestyle from ayurveda. Yoga begins on the mat for most of us, however, through doing the postures and working with the breath, we can find a calmer state of mind. Our aim is to support you in this process, providing high quality teaching, guidance and support.
